Exchange / Return

From the moment your order is placed, our artisans begin crafting your artwork exclusively for you, ensuring it is both a visual masterpiece and securely packaged for its journey to your home. Because each creation is made to order, returns and refunds are offered only under rare and exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:
To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our process, we accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, production begins, and your bespoke piece is set into motion.

Return & Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we may promptly arrange a replacement or refund*. To assist us in serving you swiftly, kindly provide:

• Clear Video proof of the damage
• Your order number

Please note: Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return charges applicable.

• Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust.
• Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches or damage.
• For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately with a soft towel.

Please Note:Slight color variations may occur due to lighting effects and photography-actual colors may appear slightly different in person.

• We offer a 6-month warranty on the clock mechanism only, valid from the date of purchase.
• Installation services are not provided. However, we’re happy to assist you with step-by-step guidance via phone or video call during the installation process.
  
• In case of any issue with the clock mechanism: Customers are requested to drop off or courier the wall clock to our store at their own expense.
