1. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We create each product with precision, and returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive an incorrect item.

To qualify:

Place the product securely in the original shipping box along with your invoice.
Ensure that it remains in its original packaging with all documents and accessories provided at the time of purchase.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing oqtagondecor@gmail.com or Whatsapp with proof of the issue.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
If eligible, we will arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to availability). The replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
If unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
Return charges applicable.

Damages During Transit

If the product is damaged due to logistics, a clear box opening video is mandatory to validate your claim.
Without a box opening video, the order will not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
Customised or personalised orders will not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or customer negligence will not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as these are natural in handmade products) orders will not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.

We currently ship to most international destinations. However, certain countries may be excluded due to local regulations or restrictions. Please contact us if you are uncertain about shipping availability to your location.
All international orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customs complexities and high logistics costs.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications thoroughly before placing an order.
In case of damage during transit, kindly provide a box opening video to help us assess the issue and provide the best possible resolution.
